The first step is to remove all the doors and drawers and bring them to our shop, where we have a professional spray booth.
Next, we perform a thorough cleaning of the entire wood surface to remove grease and any chemical residues.
The third step is sanding all the pieces. We use advanced equipment to precisely remove old paint and ensure proper adhesion of the primer.
We apply a high-performance primer, with two coats to ensure durability and adhesion—always following the manufacturer’s recommendations.
After priming, we sand again to open the wood pores and improve paint adherence, resulting in a more durable finish.
We apply lacquer paint — a premium finish for wood. We apply 2 to 3 coats depending on the client’s preference. When needed, we also apply a protective clear coat.
Finally, the doors are placed in a controlled drying booth while our team repeats the same process on the fixed cabinet boxes in your kitchen.
